YEA!!!! IT'S MY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'M 22 YEARS OLD!!!!!!!!!!! WOOHOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, I've finished 2 weeks at Colette's. It's been pretty good so far. Last week I actually got to work on 2 cakes which was pretty fun and exciting. I like actual cake work than crap work. I am done with classes!!!!! All I have left now is my internship in NYC and then I graduate!!! So excited!! In less than a week, I'll be living in NYC exploring for 12 days til I start work on March 13th. :)

Hoorah! Well this weekend wasn't too shabby. I went to see CATS on Friday night and it was beyond amazing. I wish I could go see it again. Alright, so yesterday was a crack whore day. That's my new phrase for a really bad day. But anyways, today was so much better. I made some chocolate fans first try, no big deal. It wasn't bad. Made some petals for chocolate flowers and assembled my base for my chocolate chef. The base actually came out really cool. I thought it would look hideous ( Read more... )

Ok, so I'm in my last class here at JWU. FOREVER! And it won't end fast enough. It's chocolate which you'd think would be amazing but the people in my class get on my nerves, I can't help clean what I'd like to clean so I get to wash and dry dishes and wash tables. Woohoo.
