I am on an LGV course this week for work. Very interesing, but hard work!

I have bought myself a Ducati 1098S. Lou and I have been together a year now and... we got engaged this week!! I am sat watching James Bond and drinking Bud.

I got home last night from a weeks skiing holiday in Norway. I have never been skiing before, but I absolutely loved it and was flying down red and black runs by day 5. Norway is also a lovely country. Its ironic that I have come back to the worst snow for 18 years in the SouthEast of England.

I returned home this morning after a weeks holiday in Grenada, including Sailing a 30ft Yaght, a 60ft Catamaran, exploring the Rain Forest and Diving over the Coral Reefs.

I have had a good week, including a facinating visit to HMS Victory in Portsmouth. I am off on friday to spend Chrismas with the family in Dorset.

I spent yesterday in manchester, that was a long drive from my house! but I had a nice time. Tonight I am off to watch the Super Furry Animals in Norwich.

I returned from Dorset today, and had an opperation to remove a small lump up the top of my leg, but that went fine and I have tomorrow off to recouperate. A couple of friends are coming over this evening to visit.

I went to Elstree Studios last night and watched the live eviction of Amy on Big Brother. I am not a huge fan, but it was a really enjoyable evening to watch it being filmed live. I would go again. The tickets were free, you just have to apply for them on line. In other news, Transformers the movie was very good last week at the cinema.
