You posted! Ben is such a Winchester, but at least he's a Winchester v2.0 - able to learn from his elders. I love this verse with an abiding passion!

I can't believe I missed this post! This verse is seriously my favorite verse ever (I think I've told you that once or twice) and this doesn't disappoint.

I adore Ben and his relationship with Mary and it's so sweet how much of a Winchester Ben is. You can see shades of the men in his family in him and see how he's grown beyond that in his own way. But he has more to hold onto than Dean or Sam or even John.

But I'm so worried about Dean - you know it's BAD when Cas is that worried. :(

I'm so, so glad you updated and can't wait to read more. Of course now, I need to go back and read everything in this verse you've already written. :D

I adore this verse - can't believe this one got past me. Thank goodness for Uncle Sam! Ben is certainly his father's gutsy son. Wish I could be a fly on the wall when Dean finds out and also when he realizes that his little boy is growing up.

Hi,
I think you have wrote in XF fandom, too? Am I correct? Your LJ handle seems familiar.I don't remember when or how I stumbled upon this 'verse, but considering that I am not a fan of Dean/ Cas relationship, I still loved it. I re-read it ocassionally and just wanted to let you know.
I sincerely hope you have more stories in this 'verse and would love to know how the kids end up as adults, especially Ben. Happy writing!
