Nothing is too serious to joke about. Humor can be found in everything... Which is sometimes what makes the most unbearable things endurable. I've come to find that even those who face "tragic" issues, such as terminal illness, can alleviate the darkness of their situation with a bit of humor and levity. -
Drunk Driver Crashes into Our Offices!! :O
Around 5:30pm, this past Friday, as I was sitting in my office, I heard a loud whirring engine-like sound, followed by an explosion of glass and metal that sounded like a bomb going off. Afterwards, a woman began screaming...

Working for Non-profits...
Hooray!!!
2 months after beginning my new job, I finally had my business cards.
Today, 3.5 months after beginning work at my new job, I now have a name plate outside my office.
Woohoo. Gotta love working for non-profits!! -

Sweet & Naughty Kitten
Meet Little Pushkin! Stitch now has a baby brother. :))) He fell very ill a week after we brought him home from the Humane Society (drooling, inability to breathe, etc.) but four emergency vet visits later, he is as spunky, fun, naughty, and cuddly as ever.

This morning on my way to work, a car with a giant JESUS bumper-sticker nearly ran me off the road.
Needless to say, in God and Jesus' name, I was NOT amused...
