If you are curious about his work there is a PBS series about him. I caught the end of one where he was photographing the salt flats in Bolivia. During the rainy season it gets covered in about twelve inches of water. And because the water is completely still it mirrors the sky. The result is awe inspiring.

Sometimes I watch these programs and wonder if they even live on the same world that I do.
