Feet was not the lady directly behind you, I think, but the girl next to her who was trying to curl up sideways in her seat. Still though.

As she put her feet up on each side of my chair, I figured it had to be the lady behind me. If it was the girl behind you, it would have meant she was putting her feet up over the lady behind me.

...who could have been her mother or someone else ok to do that to? I could swear I saw two bent legs from directly behind me that time I yeled and said "feet!" (they were cold).
