I've had some time to think about the idea of an actual wedding ceremony in Madison. I came to the conclusion that I only really wanted it because I miss my friends that I don't get to see very often, and it's hard to keep connections strong when you don't get to see each other, and I thought that if I had a ceremony in Madison, they could be in it

It's your wedding, so you should do it whatever way you want! Large ceremonies are a pain in the ass, to be sure.

Do you know when you are planning on having the Vermont wedding?

Well damn. I'm supposed to be birthing this fetus August 14 so I don't think I'd be able to make it to Vermont :(

I know, it sucks. I wish it could work out better, but late August is the only time this summer that works for us. We'll have a couple parties afterwords, hopefully you can come to one or both of those.

Yay for the fetus though! And fetus is such a great word...
