I'm going to the dentist at the end of the month. I'm pretty excited about it. I haven't been to the dentist in a couple years. I love it when they scrape in the space between your teeth.

I've been neglecting LJ recently in favor of facebook, which doesn't really work cause I don't do much with facebook. Do other people still read these things anyway? I resumed turbo jamming last week. By the end of it my feet don't hurt anymore, so I'm gonna keep doing it. I've been doing the 20 minute workout pretty much every day, but on Sunday I did the Cardio Party. It kinda kicked my ass. So my turbo jamming has been cut short by some pretty irritating foot pain. My feet have been hurting since about July, but I got some arch supports and the pain goes away during the day, so I've just been putting up with it instead of going to a doctor.
