Why is everyone giving me such strange looks today? Is it really that surprising when I tell people what to do? I'm not ordering around people in higher ranks, of course, but I mean, c'mon! I never realized how stupid alot of the ensigns are. How did they manage to be assigned to the Enterprise

Anyways, there's nothing for you to worry about...not that you would worry about me or anything. Afterall I'm 23 years old and an adult, and you just five years older and ten inches taller than me. Not that I mind your age or height. I actually kinda like it...alot

Ugh, these stupid ensigns that I have to call coworkers! Absolutely dumb! I told them their calculations were totally off, but then they started arguing with me. They were acting like I'd back down from them, but I don't know where they got that!

And I don't know what overcame me, but I did all my laundry and organized my room... You should be proud!

And, uh, how's the family situation?

No, you're far from a 'grandpa' to me, Sanjay. More like an uncle, er, maybe even a cousin. I'm not exactly sure what family relation, but my point is that you're not old. At all. Really.

And I am very proud of you! You're an amazing engineer and it's about time that other people realized this.

Um, it's going alright. I talked to my mom first and then Dad. I'm still upset with both of them, but at least we talked to each other, right?

Programming does suck. Unfortunately it's something I have to deal with on a daily basis... But I'm usually programing the same type of things each day, so it's alright.

No problem. It's an anthology of some old stuff. I might've kept it after taking a few literature classes, I'm not sure.

No worries, I just chewed them out and told them what should be done and how it should be done. I should be promoted for my efforts, jeez.

Wait, Mr. Scott? THE Mr. Scott!? I don't know... his rank, research and knowledge is so much more vast than mine. I probably could hold out decently against him, but... Yeah, my rank should be higher.
