i am sad today...not only have we lost two young people in the last couple of weeks but a dear family friend also passed away...he fought an aggressive cancer for almost two years...as i reflect on this great family man, great coach, i am reminded of the true friendship and love bestowed on him by his friends...for almost two years he was driven to ( Read more... )

i've watched for days the devestation left in the aftermath of hurricane Katrina...funny that they named this one after a woman...i guess they had some fortaste of the wrath she would bring on the gulf coast...i have watched in horror at the sight of hundreds of thousands being plucked from roofs, attic's and floating themselves down debris filled ( Read more... )
