Moving massage locations. Boddhicitta was lovely, but it had some behind the scenes baggage. Looking at a great little spot on 15th ave and Thomas right next to the Smith Bar, with really nice other LMPs, but it is a bear biking up the hill. at least it doesn't take too long. it's called the radiant body. Happy Graduversary to Mrs. Entropy13!! Yay! Seven years of handfasting and 5 years of ND school have come to a abrupt significant milestone :) -
the toughest physical challenge i've ever done
finished the 50 miler in 10 hours 28 min and 1 second, placing 28th of 87. It was long, like really long. it was hilly like, 6 mountains hilly. it was insanely technical,as in vertical ladders of roots and scrambling up craggy boulder after craggy boulder. i learned a lot about banana slugs, that my ipod is psychic, and that heart rate monitors, ( Read more... ) -
