I feel really really dumb.  I talk and write like I’m still in middle school - my level of thought is often at the same place, too.  Can I not produce anything better because I’m rushed for time, or because I just am not as smart as other people?  What if I just don’t have many interesting thoughts or remotely meaningful and/or relevant

SHUSH. You are more than qualified, brilliant and spectacular!!! You wouldn't be where you are now if you weren't. This too shall pass. I imagine in grad school it takes a little bit of time before your brain gets broken in entirely and you just start letting it all flow in and out of you.
