I've been intending to do this for quite some time now, but I've finally gotten around to installing Linux on my computer. In this case it's Ubuntu 6.10. I've done something evil. Something horrendous. I have used Acid XPress and Audacity to create music! Lead now exists in mp3 format and will soon spread to the ends of the universe. I've gone and updated my computer from the copy of Windows 98 I'd been using since about 1847 or so to Windows XP. This may in fact be a sign of insanity. All I know is that I needed to reformat anyway, the computer had become stupid.

Okay, I guess yesterday's picture isn't available for viewing. An error message pops up when I try to look at it. Guess they've decided not to allow my artwork to be seen.

Well, I'm back from the convention now. This time I volunteered to run Operations or Ops for short. I stepped into the position a bit late, and didn't have a whole lot of time to prepare for it. Yesterday, I filed my income tax forms and had to send out a combined total of $302.00. This was coming from a paycheck of around $520. Now some may argue that taxation is needed to cover the cost of important services, but the latest legislative news makes me wonder. I have moved and things have changed. I am sitting here in my computer chair typing and Abby the cat is not on my lap. No Abdor the Purrinator, no Abby the Abbing Abber. I am in an Abby free zone. I suppose the cat will miss me.
