Has anyone heard anything about Michelle Seetoh and Cheryl (Pang?) I was just thinking about faces from my NYGH days. What about Ninghe, Weiling (?), all the others? Hmm . . . I see their faces but not their names!

I put up our Christmas decorations outside today. Pulled out the ornaments to be used on our Christmas tree. Our live Christmas tree (a Douglas Fir) is beautiful and lush but we have no tree stand and tree skirt so it's sitting in a large pail of water right now. Do Asian and Caucasian babies develop at a different pace? All of the babies at Naia's age that I know are already starting to cruise and address mama, dada specifically, and wave bye-bye, etc. They also have a lot of teeth whereas Naia has half a tooth. Naia-Athena is now 10 1/2-months old. She's a really cool baby and she's quite attached to me, which I obviously love, but she also has an independent streak, which I also love.
