The little pumpkin is officially sleeping through the night. Yippee!!! She still does not like taking long naps in the day but since she's sleeping 12 hours through the night, that is quite alright with me. My 27th birthday was relatively uneventful. Noah got my month and date mixed up so he wishes me happy birthday on the 4th. Also gave me a box of Godiva chocs and a shopping mall gift certificate. Naia-Athena has been waking up at 1 AM and 4 AM for feedings which I was able to tolerate up till now but 6 weeks on this part-time schedule and I am starting to feel the strain of having sleepless nights and no naps. Naia has her first set (3 in total) of immunization shots today for Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertuss (DTP); Hepatitis B; Polio and Prevnar. She was such a brave baby and only fussed a little after each shot. I was so proud of her, my little tough cookie. She's also beginning to smile more and enjoys it when we play with, talk, or sing to her. ( Read more... )

Naia celebrated her 1st month on the 4th and we took her to the photo portrait studio to get some pictures taken. Unfortunately she was in the most disagreeable mood and we could only get one good shot out of the session.
