Those who have been over lately may have noticed that the downstairs toilet wasn't doing all that well. So, today was the day to take care of it- took it off floor, rented a sewer snake, and ran the line. Just like in the old plumbing days. I had forgotten how much effort it was. At least you know what to do, how to do it, and have the authority to do so. I feel bad for the people who have to spend $$$$ to get it done for them due to the lack of one of those three reasons.
