Back in the house
Yvonne and I are back in the house. Actually, moved back in Sunday night.
The job isn't entirely finished- some of the drawers and doors in the kitchen need to be adjusted, the undercabinet lights are still on order, and the back yard is still a mess.
And we've got a week and a half to get it put together for the NWSFS social. Wee! -
The books have arrived
This year's shipment of books for NWC (from DAW) have arrived. Picked them up this morning from the delivery box in Lynnwood, put them into the SWOC unit to await the stuffing party ( Read more... ) -
15 years?
At this week's group meeting, got another service award packet. For being with the company for fifteen years. Not that they give you much- a printed paper thingie, a little pin, and a code for picking a gift out of the service award store (variety of misc things, looks to be in the $60 range). Has it really been that long? Geeze. -
Halloween 2011
Had 150 Trick-or-treaters in Lynnwood on Monday. Down a bit from last year. Probably due to it being on a weekday.

North side fence finished
Finally finished with the path/fence/wall on the north side of the house. That whole end was dug up in 2008 for the big foundation repair/piling project, and I've been working on it over the summers ever since.

NWC loaded in fine
Well, load-in went well; nothing was dropped, and nobody crushed :-)
Although Monday night I had an odd dream...involved people throwing books at me while Weird Al was playing. No idea where that came from :-)
Looks like reg is selling well, hopefully the con will sell out over the weekend.
