The gingernut is considered by many to be a biscuit. Far be it for me to disabuse them of this notion, but renowned critic Millivoj Bolemir Plastev may disagree. Now everyone knows that grans are rock and roll. My particuar gran is probably pretty rockin' right there, when it comes to salmon sandwiches and fruit cake (i will hear nothing against fruitcake).
