Perhaps unsubscribe from these lists? I only check out the sales if I happen to be at the stores.

oh, hey--you were gone from DW so i thought you were off both platforms--glad i check out LJ still every once in a while!

I actually was gone from both, for a very, very long time. The other day, Livejournal randomly e-mailed me being all, "Your livejournal is about to be deleted!" and I was basically, "Wait, it's not?" and it turned out that instead of actually hitting delete way, way back in the day, I'd just turned off notifications, put up a bunch of, "I've moved to Dreamwidth," signs, and left it there. I guess they were going to purge it for inactivity finally.
