Apparently my brain hates me

My dreams lately have been assaults.

Last night's dreams all focused on one of two themes:

1. Being extremely touch-starved but also extremely uncomfortable with touch.

2. Having horrible bathroom experiences.

The first one is definitely a thing, and I think the only solution is to improve my own relationship with my body first, which might involve
