I am sorry to hear you are struggling and don't feel safe enough to confide in the pros you have available.
As to wether people here care... I can only speak for myself in that I hate to see anyone hurting and although I barely know you and only in the capacity as a much favored author, I really , really do wish there was something one of us, or all of us could do to make things better for you.
I have struggled with my own depression all of my adult life so I get it.
Hope it's better soon.
