I am reading, even though I have no idea what the fuck that Dennet guy is talking about. The point of an excerpt, to me, is that the excerpt can be universally applied to something without knowledge of the whole thing. That excerpt makes references to a dozen other things he must say elsewhere in the book. I mean, to begin with, what the fuck are qualia?
