Life is short, so why do we all act as if we have the whole of eternity?

Better introduce myself first..
Random Dave from UK Hippy.

Your comment struck a chord, looking back, the number of opportunities that I've missed through inertia.
Putting off doing what needs doing is never a good idea.
Now if I'd take my own advice, I'd have a lot less problems!

And on thge subject of an earlier post - Is Wolverhampton really that grim?
I've worked there in the past, staying in hotels and didn't find it too bad. I still get there fairly often for work anyway - I'm not too far away up in Derbyshire.

No Wolverhampton is actually quite a cool place. When I wrote that I was disillusioned. Not with the place, but more with the people I know. I think that as I am getting older I am assessing friendships etc and trying to work out how true they are. It seems with age I am becoming a little cynical!
Probably not a bad thing may save some hurt.
Never been to Derby but been meaning too as The Great British Beer Guide has a few places listed in there.
Let me know next time you are in Wolves.
