It's not just a Ted Nugent song - I actually have Cat Scrath Fever. Moira got into a fight with another cat at the window and somehow became tangled in the blinds cord, went a little crazy, and in my attenpt to free her she bit me. Ouch. i had that when i was like 12. it felt like the flu, and my arm where i'd gotten scratched felt like putty. no fun.

I've got 2 puncture wounds in the top of my hand, and then (what the doc thinks is a scratch) that runs lengthwise down my finger. I kind of hope it isn't really a scratch, though, because the idea of having kitty-poop bacteria in my hand is none too appetizing.

if you were bitten, you have poop bacteria anyways hun. how do you think they clean the poop off of their feet and butt?

Been there, had this... Those pills are HUGE, I had the hardest time swallowing them. I have a little scar under my eye from where I got scratched, it immediately turned red and swollen, so I got it taken care of right away and all was well. I hope everything works out.
