Woke up at 4:30 this morning and haven't stopped throwing up since. I'm not sure whats wrong. All I had to eat yesterday was an egg white omelet for breakfast, a salad for lunch, and a turkey sandwich for dinner. Now my stomach feels like its breaking apart inside of my body.
