i feel like im having trouble staying out of the saddle long enough recently....
would hiking my stirrups up a notch help with this?

i get left behind a little more often then i used to but i've also got myself a horse thats a little over enthusiastic about jumping now....
but sometimes i just feel like i cant make myself stay up off the saddle
