I'd prefer to use the word, HAMMIES!
Attack of the Hammies = Hamster trackers!
Also more apt when someone hurts his hamstring.

Hey good for you! I think exercise is very important, and that it confers many benefits, other than looking great :-) Anyway, it's a high time you made use of that horrendously expensive gym membership!

I actually like the skiing machines much more than the hammie machines because they always give me a better workout without those horrific blisters!

yeah - i thot i should actually - and drink more of that free 100 plus on tap - hehe .....

the skiing machines kill my thighs - so i still prefer running - the blister's gone down so i'm fine again :)
