Lord. :( I was hoping they'd find out quickly that it was that hemochromastuff. Have they ruled that out yet, or still testing?

They're doing genetic testing for the hereditary brand of it. Doc was doubtful about it since no one else in my family has apparently had it. But you can still get it from other causes. It does concern me. My ferritin level did go up a good bit in just one week. They're also testing some other stuff, because the iron in my blood is low. Could mean I'm bleeding from someplace (I tend to doubt it). So they will send me to a gastric specialist next, I think.
