i read pledged earlier this summer too.
and i was annoyed that she gave away sorority secrets. every thing you read about chi omega is true from our hand shake, our call, and even what our president is named. that is annoying because just because the author thought that needed to be exposed, it really didnt. and i just couldnt read it all the way through. i also thought of just stopping but instead read a different book and then finished pledged painfully.

ugh i know. painful indeed. that was when the book lost most of it's worth to me. and that girl who made the website about chi omega because of whatever happened to her during pledging? i understand being upset, but that's a chapter issue, NOT a sorority issue. don't ruin it for everyone. i'm glad it was taken down.

#1 GEORGE FOREMAN!! yessssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss. i heart him more than most.

#2 effff that. she is just pissed. angry at the world. out to make a buck. wanting to piss off the "ditzy" sorority girls. i say, dont even worry about it. she sucks, but those rituals will live on. even if someone happens to know what they are, they cannot truly know what they mean to someone involved in the sorority. they represent a special bond that we share and perhaps she is trying to ruin this, but if she is it is immediately apparent that she does not understand what is going on at all. so in the end, let her be happy in her little antisocial hole in the world, and let us get on with our lives, disregarding her bs.
