I don't know, but I once saw this guy on the Tonight Show who owned this huge collection of potato chips shaped like celebrities. I don't think sammitches would keep as well. I wonder if he put some kind of top coat on them to preserve them. What is the shelf life of a potato chip, anyway? Are they like cockroaches or something that can survive even nuclear holocaust?
