Transition is always tricky but might be worth it in the long run if it makes things better. I'm fairly certain that I've passed a crossroads the last few weeks and in the right direction!

no really take my diet...
although kebab and chips followed by cake last night is not highly recommneded on the lose weight front..but better than more microwave food.

I will be keeping my fingers crossed for all three of you and lasagne tomorrow. I really do hope that all goes well and that the cooker gets installed without a hitch. Did the cleaning people take care of things for you?
