Harvest time
This weekend was the beginning of the great pumpkin harvest. We have tried in previous years to grow them but much to Ryan's disappointment, have failed (largely because of going on holiday and there being no-one to water them). Goodbye purple, hello stripe
Today I banished the old and faded purple hair in favour of a go faster stripe. They had to do it twice to get it sufficiently vibrant, but the end result makes me smile. And that after all, is all that matters -

Fund raising

I love the rain even though today it brings with it a sharp and biting wind. I am grateful that most people I know will have secured their tents yesterday before the rain, for putting up tents in the rain sucketh greatly.
