Hello lovely people!

It's a lovely sunny day down here in Brighton and the joy of spring is abounding! Nothing like blue sky and sprouting leaves to make a girl feel .... nice.

Anyway, to the reason for the help request!

Tomorrow is the Brighton Vegan Fayre, and Maternity Worldwide has a stall and will be doing our usual advocacy/fundraising ( Read more... )

Sesame snaps are good & some supermarkets sell them. Other than that, not very good on vegan snacks really - I have to avoid dairy but I'm no good at knowing which things are really vegan and which contain gelatine.

Sesame snaps, is a great idea!

Although maybe not, as I'd probably just much my way through them all day and end up running around like a manic child all afternoon! Probably not a good look for the charity! *grin*

Find someone with a copy of The Animal Free Shopper. There are a reasonable number of dairy-free veggie sweets, but be careful of things like beeswax .

The choc staple always used to be Fry's Chocolate(Orange/Peppermint) Cream bars.
