Driving home in the mornings from work is usually pretty dull and honestly I enjoy it that way.  I listen to the local radio station's morning show and lately its been pretty bad.  This morning, the brand new guy decides to ask the morning listeners what is more important to them than sex

I have absolutely no libidio. I could probably do without sex forever and be just fine. So my list of things that are better than sex is kind of long. But it's unfair of me to think it's that way for everyone. :-D

True, and it's equally unfair for me to assume the opposite. However, I was more just taken aback at the fact that someone considered a virtual world more important than intimate contact with another. Taken aback enough to say something.

Oh I get what you mean. But I think you're have a much broader definition of "sex" than I do. And that's a whole other story! I can go without *sex* for a long time. I can't go very long without a hug or holding hands or cuddling before I start feeling depressed. There are lots of things for me that are better than sex. But not so many that are better than cuddling. And if that's where you're coming from, I totally understand that.

There was an article on slashdot (I think) a while back saying people could go without sex longer than they could go without internet.

And the couples are having sex less and less due to the internet.

Just goes to show that people's brains are wired differently. Yeah I <3 my intertubes but its really just a tool. The internet is the new TV, and not as in something to watch programs on but the new concept of entertainment that people become so involved with, they stop being doing other things.

First let me state, that for me sex is a high priority just slightly behind love and friends, and I have in fact walked away in the middle of video games to have sex. I've actually had sex while playing an FPS and MUDding

Granted, I've stopped playing wow, but I think it's not an unreasonable statement to make.

I have skipped raids to uh, hang out; but I don't think I've ever stopped in the middle of sex because my raid was starting.

There's only one thing more important than sex, and that's sex with two chicks at the same time. I hear you can do that with a million dollars.
