We went snowboarding at Stevens Pass on the Saturday before last. First time, although I've skied for years and years. It was _pele_'s first time on the mountain though. She did an awesome job! We both did, actually. I'm glad we were in better shape this year than

that's awesome. we're gonna be going up for a weeklong stevens trip pretty soon here. kelly wants to snowboard, and she almost had me talked into giving it a try, but i think i'll rent some of those fancy new parabolics instead. i've been skiing those old long, straight heavy fuckers my whole life and i'm looking forward to the new technolohoo-ha. i hear it's a whole new world.
