Well as of Monday I have been suspended from work (I start again on December 5th only to be retrained). Here is my story. "The "shotgun effect" could mean anything involving multiple usage of something until something happens. It is similar to how a shotgun shoots : it fires a spread of buckshot, so if you're shooting a buckshot round from a distance, you'd better hope at least ONE of the pellets hit the target ( Read more... )

School went pretty good. I did two chapters worth of labs in SQL Server, and then i did some fiddling around with the Active Directory in the classroom because I was the appointed Domain administrator for the phase.
