That is a pretty funny joke....

I wouldn't mind being bit by a rattlesnake. It sounds amusing. As long as there isn't any long term impact, unless it is death.

I have seen two rattlesnakes here and got good photos of one. They are shy though.

Here's one where it wouldn't be so bad:

"I would hate to already be dead due to a non-rattlesnake-related incident and have a rattlesnake bite me."

That's the only sort of situation I can think of where a.badness > b.badness. But then there's the question of whether it would be biting you, or the inanimate object that was you.
