The Wait Wait Don't Tell Me live recording was phenomenal. We were supposed to be in the second to last row, but the vice president of PR gave us seats dead center seventh row. Surprisingly Tony Hawk was the guest.

Current life
Survived two weddings, a cruise, 8 weekends driving 14 hours on avg, and now I will have a free weekend. It will be the first since the beginning of august.
Now I can have some free time to:
Call Mom, David, Arion, Eric, Brian, Dad
E-mail Nvidia
Groom Sly (cat)
Flea bomb the apartment (or perhaps a less drastic measure)
Get Bread
Vacuum
Shave

I just read that the executive branch just released an executive order to ignore presidential term limits.Alive
I just accepted a new position with Boeing in Anaheim. So I'll be moving there in the next month or so.
Southern Faire was a blast, and I got more crazy gigs off this year. I even got gig knighted. I'm Sir John the Small of the Order of the Kid's Kingdom.
Things continue to be going well with Sara. Yay.
And I'm now 27. Woot!Brilliant.

So, I've got some not so fun news. I just had a meeting where I've been served 60 days notice (layoffs, too many people in Test and Evaluations for the work we will have for the next 8 months).
