So, this will finish off my first week of my pre-contest diet. It's going good. It'll take alot to get used to but I can handle it. I can handle anything. I can handle the world because I am the man and no one can fuck with me. Plain and simple. My workouts have been going great and I've been getting the pump everyday. That's how I roll. PACE-

The past few days have been okay. Monday was a great day. I hung out with Kenny, Justin Emmons, and Julie. We got the game Taboo and Kenny and I dominated the field. We had other good times as well but I don't have the time to type out every detail. Anyway, tomorrow is my last day of math and I have the final. and today I have to work. Goodbye.

So far today nothing has really happend. I've just been sitting home. Jay got called into work which sucks. Bored out of my mind. Need to find something good to do. Today I woke up to a wonderful alarm at 4:45 a.m. It always feels good to know I'm about to destroy which ever muscle group I have for that day. Today was day one for the week. Chest. Yeah, so today I hung out with Jay and we played the hell of sand falling game. It was pretty cool. Pats won and so did the bears. Some good games to come.

I haven't updated in some time. School has started and it's alright. I have a lot of study halls with some good people in them. My block 4 C-day study hall is the best.
