So, i've left everything to the last minute. I've been here for a month and really we could have made the curtains, cleaned the van, repacked a bit, sent postcards, updated live journal, before the day before and morning we leave but no that would be the sensible thing to do. So the wedding was great, basically a big party in the bush with alot of very drunk people. And meeting my family was great too, some of them i'd never met or hadn't seen since i was really small so it was good to catch up. I'm alive and well, we made it across the big sandy thing. Have to go meet my Aunt so i'll update soon. Just wanted to express the wowness of crossing a continent.

So i'm in Adelaide for one day only and it seemed like a good idea to buy and fit a new CD player into the van as the music situation was very very bad (when ur driving 10 hour days music is quite the important factor). But doing that and food shopping for 5 people for 5 days and all the other bits to do in prep for the next week accross the desert ( Read more... )
