Ok, So for the last 3 weeks I have been doing the Body for Life thing. I have only missed 2 days at the gym ( I get there around 4:15 am). I don't go hard core on my cheat days and I hit the sack by 9pm, except last night, had to catch amazing race. I feel more alert, I have lots more energy, I am learning to cook lots of yummy and healthy things
