Sadly things at home aren't much better. My father isn't really looking for a job and my mother is still pissed as hell about it. Apparently she thinks telling me every day that my father is being lazy as hell is going to magically make him go out and start applying for jobs. It amazes me that most of the fights that start in the house between my Dad and Mom are because my poor father does not have dinner on the table. Now my Dad gets home a little bit before four and my Mom gets home a little after five in the afternoon. Usually my Dad is almost done with cooking dinner by the time Mom gets home. I knew that this would happen but I guess some small part of me hoped it wouldn't. Last month I applied to Valdosta State University's Grad School program. I just got back my letter of rejection. Well, day three was a bust. It rained for most of the day so there was no way for me to work out. My Mom and my Sister who had the day off were able to get in a small walk while I was at work. Well, I have finally decided to start getting off my butt and working out. My mom and my sister have joined me. We are starting out small. Just walking around the neighborhood for 30 minutes. It might not seem like a big work out but we actually have quite a number of hills in our neighborhood. It gives a nice difference to the work out. I am ( Read more... )

since I lost my job at Brenau. It has also been three years since I graduated from Brenau. My how life has changed. I know that I could sit here and complain about how it sucked to be unemployed and have no money. How I had to sell pretty much everything that I owned just to pay the bills.
