Well tuesday was a track meet. my first of the year and i ran a 2:15 800 and a 5:01 mile. not bad for the first races of the year but i need to get better. we won the 4X800 because of pat racing his ass off cause criger fell.lol. then i won the mile and in the last three hundred i kicked and i passed criger and now everyone thinks i was racing mike ( Read more... )
