Spring Is In The Air

I am not going to bore everyone with life stuff. I work, I swim, I have horrible knee pain, I am single, I need to see a doc about psoriasis, I need new glasses, my finances are finally getting into line again, I have great friends, and I am not in as bad a need for a new car at this point.

The important thing is that Spring is starting to burst

What's going on with your knees?

Well, there are two possibilities according to the doc-in-the-box I saw on Monday when the pain got so bad it was making my cry at work. One, I may have gout. The NSAID they gave me is working well, so that is likely not the culprit. Two, with the psoriasis combined with the increased pain in my right knee, it could be psoriatic arthritis. The only way I will be able to know for sure on the latter is to see a rheumatologist. I am already doing a diet avoiding foods that can cause higher levels of uric acid in the blood, but the only way to know for sure, again, is to see a rheumatologist. So, I am searching for one on my insurance that can see me sometime within the next month. Specialist appointments in this town are difficult if one is trying to do it around a work schedule.

Not forgetting Van. It is just that things have been by rote for so long with me here in the past several months that I wonder if I have anything at all worth sharing. I thought I would at least get some photos up again since this is the first time I have had the camera out in awhile. I do still read here, though don't comment as much as I used to.

The photos look good! I have read your comments about the knee pain, and hope that you can figure out what is triggering it, and what can be done to alleviate it.

Post about your personal stuff! You swim? I think you should post photos of you swimming. Or just finishing swimming and getting out of the pool. ;)

I do indeed swim, but no photos of me doing laps in the pool are going to do anyone any good. Now, on a beach I might post a photo or so.
