second of all, if you are flying this holiday or next, DO NOT FLY UNITED or US AIRWAYS. I used to be a fan of US Airways, but both have exceptionally HORRIBLE customer service in ticketing, and United has bad planes. Words cannot describe how United has ruined our holiday. Refer to: love_is_high
