so ahhh. i got a lil speeding ticket and i completely dont understand the thing. must i go to court? will my insurance go up from one teensy thing like that? yea im being stupid but this is my first ticket (and will be my last) and im curous aboot whats going on.

your insurance will go up a significant amount UNLESS you go to court, then, what will probably happen is the ticket price will go up but the points will be removed so your insurance WONT go up, its worth it in the long run to pay the increased ticket rather than pay an increased insurance over and over again.

well.... hire a lawyer and sign dis thing dat says u don't have to show up in court cuz ur lawyer is there to represent u.. dats what i did so now i don't have to show up in court... and i didn't know ur insurance go up for speeding tickets cuz there's no damages so they don't have to pay nothing and when they don't have to pay nothing they don't rise ur insurance... i didn't even know u had to tell them.. but i'm not sure
