For a second I was like "Who the fuck is Cassie?" because it's hard to believe that a secondary character from ONE EPISODE, who was NEVER MENTIONED AGAIN (btw, thanks SPN for your AWESOME continuity skillz!), could incite this much PASSIONATE RAGE. WTF?

I really thought this sort of thing would be getting less frequent over the years. But this is as vicious as anything I've seen.
