I have put a couple of pics in the album, link in a previous post. The fire is now in and while the wall above the mantle now needs plastering again it all looks good. I am assuming we shouldn't light it tonight as the mortar might not want speed drying !!

Nice to have the fire in though.

The loft extension is coming on though with a dormer window missing and the stairwell opened up it's somewhat cold. At least the new boiler is in though it did lose pressure this afternoon and cut out but I'm hoping that was just some air from fitting it.

We are clearing the loft to allow the builders to come and do the loft conversion and this means we have a SECOND storage unit.. Now this is just silly we have too much stuff and as certian people keep pointing out this is in large part due to my many craft items..
