9.A Farewell to Arms: Ernest Hemingway
I'm not sure how I felt about this book. It was mostly dialogue, and terse dialogue at that. It was difficult to feel anything for the characters. However, something about it kept me reading to the end. I don't know if it was an easy read or if something about it carried me through. The jury's out. -

I'm glad that today is almost over, because it ended up being a total cluster fuck at work. I showed up on time at 5:45 am, only to find that they had known since 4:30 that my flight was delayed for SIX HOURS.
