I do know that riverside walk rather well, Helen taking Daisy and me for some exercise. There are otters along there. Also a jumbo car-boot sale on Saturday's - but perhaps only in summer. Bramford I don't remember much about, certainly not the church - The Wild Man, no that's Sproughton - ex sugarbeet factory? It is amazing some of the riches held in these village churches, much of it paid for from forced church attending, I suppose. Glad you didn't fall in the font, so have a nice Sunday - here's it's wet.
Yup, saw the Daisy, she's a lovely little dog. If they go to visit you in France, she can board with me anytime. (and I'll take her to meet Biffy in the pub). Helen said there was otters, but didn't see any, I was probably the wrong side, Ipswich end better I suspect. What I didn't mention in the blog, about Bramford Church, was the lovely painted war memorial- like a case, with inner doors painted with soldiers, and the names inside- started WW1. Used to belong to the Fison's plant, and when it shut down, they gave it to the church. All sorts of riches, yes, but I don't think attendance was always forced.. part of the community culture, which changed for the worse after the reformation, IMHO.. Sunday nice, so far. Listening to match now and hoping to hear MUFC win Carling Cup..!!
